Action | Written | Voice/Video/etc. (????) and a date! (example: July 13th or something)
so that I know what method your character is using to try to contact him so that he can respond properly

[tch. he folds his arms stubbornly--] You wouldn't be saying that if you had ever been in higher places before, like that wheel or the other stuff they had back at the park--that stuff was just begging to be climbed on so that you could see everything from the top of them!

[And normally he is very good at not falling off! It's just when he's distracted that it might happen...]

Funny, I'm pretty sure those things don't talk or beg.

[He's falling back into his snarkiness again. Now that--for the moment--he's trying to be more aware of what he says to Crow, he realizes he should probably switch tactics.]

I'm just tellin' you you should still be careful. Seto and I are always gonna worry about you.

Yeah, I know...but I like high places.

[So he doesn't really want to have to stay so low to the ground.]

Like I said, it's not like I fall off on purpose. I'll just make sure not to get distracted again, that's all.

You'd better not fall off on purpose!

[Firo realizes that he probably won't win this argument.]

Well... So long as it doesn't do anything bad to you... I guess it's okay.

Great! [And then Crow's right back to grinning again. He turns on his heel like he's seriously about to head back up towards the roof again...before he suddenly pauses. It looks like there might be something else he wants to say, but he seems to be debating on whether he should say it or not... :|a]

[Firo bites his tongue when he sees where Crow's headed. He's surprised when the kid stops.]

...What? Somethin' wrong?

[tomodachi]

[No, nothing's wrong. He almost bites back with that too, but he manages to keep himself from snapping something like that automatically in response. Instead--and gosh, there's probably an expression here about how it feels like pulling teeth for a second there, but...]

...Thanks. [Thank you for not being bothered by his secret. For caring about what happens to him. For saying that he was like a family member. Those kind of things, which he doesn't really clarify, just letting the word hang there by itself.]

[Firo's startled into silence for a moment, deeply touched. He doesn't know why Crow's thanking him, but that doesn't mean the message means any less to him.

He smiles.]

...No problem. I said we're family, right?

[It may sounds like an irrelevant statement, but to Firo it explains whatever Crow could possibly be thanking him for.]

Yeah. [It's hard to tell because Crow had his back turned, but he does smile. And then he waves his hand through the air and seems to dismiss it.]

Okay, enough talking, I got places to be. [translation: he's probably gonna look for seto and not talk about feelings...right.] Later, Firo--tallyho!

[And then he's suddenly jumping up to a windowsill and up onto the roof, but if Firo goes up to the roof to check, it looks like Crow took off to go elsewhere, probably jumping or climbing down on the other side of the house.

...Feel free to note, however, that for once, he actually used Firo's name in front of him instead of addressing him as just "you" or what not.]
