[So, after the first week of mostly normalcy for him, save for the occasional random teleporting (much to Crow's enjoyment for spooking some people, but being annoying whenever he tried to talk to some of his friends), the second week starts with a very, very different change. It's immediately noticeable the moment he wakes up, and not in the way he normally does. It doesn't feel like a computer booting up, it feels like how a normal person would wake up. Not only that, for some reason, he feels weird, as if someone flipped a switch. Now he can actually feel things, like the texture of the bed or how squishy his cheek is, but why would that--

--And then he notices from looking in a mirror that has Seto's reflection instead of his own, so yeah, enjoy what sounds like "Seto" loudly swearing and waking you up early in the morning, everyone in House 48.]

What the hell is this!?

[Later, once the chaos at House 48 dies down, you'll likely find "Seto" wandering around being...well, definitely weirder than usual. At first there's a lot of scowling going on or being rather rude. Crow is still not entirely sure what the hell is going on here and why he's stuck in his best friend's body, but eventually he'll start to get over it and can probably be found bothering people like how he normally does, or trying to play around like usual...trying being the key word there, because Crow might be severely underestimating Seto's body being able to do stuff like cartwheels and shit like he can.

Of course, there's also the real Seto, who is now in Crow's body and is probably very un-Crow like as well. Like Crow, who is trying to get used to what its like being in a human body, now Seto is in Crow's body and having to contend with everything that comes with being in a robot body, so...yep. Definitely nothing awkward happening here right now. Have fun running into either of them, or both at the same time.

[Crow eyes the spoon a little dubiously--only natural really, since he's never tried actually eating anything before.]

And you're sure that it's not gonna be bad, right?

[He runs a hand through his hair.]

I told you, that depends on you! But most people don't have a problem with this, so you should be fine.

[He moves the spoon a little closer.]

[Crow is still skeptical, but--]

Fine, I will! [And thus, he chomps down on the spoon.

And then just...stands there for a moment, chewing the noodles a little and for the first time actually getting an idea of what Firo meant about "tasting" something. He's not really sure what to think of it--it's different though, that's for sure...]

[Firo watches expectantly, waiting for Crow to give an opinion.

...But he's never had much patience, so he only waits for a few seconds before he decides to just ask.]

So? Whaddaya think?

[Crow says...something.

It's hard to tell what it was because he mumbled it through a mouth of food. Evidently, it hasn't occurred to him to swallow said food that he's eating yet. ^^;;]

Uh... Crow?

[Firo's about to ask him to repeat what he just said, but he realizes he might need to provide a little instruction first.]

Chew and swallow, pal.

[Crow gives him a slightly annoyed look, but otherwise he complies, thankfully not choking or something in doing so. After a small pause, he nods to himself.]

...It's weird, but...it's another good kind of weird, I think. [Is he gonna be able to eat more of it when it's ready.]

Really? Great!

[It means a lot to hear that from Crow.

With everything done cooking, he hands Crow a plate.]

Take however much you want, okay?

[Well, it's probably a good thing that your food is the first thing he's tried--he has nothing to try to compare it to yet, otherwise he might have been rude and said that something else was better or whatever. But instead, he takes the plate offered to him to sit and eat with.

...Of course, he lacks grace, eating like a starving man, and his knowledge of table manners is likely debateable, but otherwise it must be pretty good since he's eating it without complaint.]

[Firo joins Crow at the table, resting his chin on the palm of his hand. He can't help but watch Crow closely, trying to observe his expressions. It's reassuring that Crow seemed to like his first bite, but Firo hopes that lasts all the way through.

Of course, this just means that Firo gets a front-row seat to manners reminiscent of what he's used to seeing from the drunker Alveare patrons.]

...I probably shoulda' taught you table manners first, huh?

Huh? What d'ya mean by that?

[...Again, talking with a mouth of food, but at least he's a little more understandable this time.]

Most people are offended when you talk with your mouth full. Sena'd probably slap you for that.

[Well, only if Crow were a grown-up. She seems to go easy on the kids.

She goes pretty easy on Firo, too, which says something about how she sees him...]

I dunno who that is, but--[Takes another bite of food, mumbles something that sounded like "not like it would hurt anyway" or something like that--temporarily, perhaps, forgetting that would only apply if he was in his own body right now.

But still, why should he care about offending someone just by talking while eating...]

Sena? She owns my Family's restaurant. I'm sure I've talked about her before.

[Considering Firo tends to drop random names like it's going out of style, that means nothing.]

Huh? [Thinks about it for second as he eats more food.] Oh, yeah, maybe'ya did say tha--hck!

[And then suddenly Crow is coughing for a second or two because whoops now we are starting to figure out one other reason why you shouldn't talk with your mouth full, otherwise you might choke a little if it goes down the wrong pipe, so to speak. Just...give him a second, here...]

[He knows he shouldn't, but Firo bursts out laughing.]

Serves you right.

[Well Crow is not amused by any of this, okay.]

Sh--shut up! How was I supposed to know that would happen?

[Okay, Crow has a point. Firo's not going to admit that just yet, though.]

I told you it was bad manners. You shoulda' stopped!

Ugh, whatever. As if bad manners had anything to do with it...

[But Crow is frowning now as he massages his throat a little absentmindedly--he's not sure if that sensation would have been described as painful or not, given that he's never felt pain before, but that was definitely...uncomfortable, mostly.]

I woulda' said the same thing when I was a kid.

[He laughs again as he watches Crow.]

You feelin' all right?

[--Oh, uh] Yeah, of course I am. Why wouldn't I be?

[Maybe said a little hastily, but Crow will be damned to admit otherwise.]

[Gonna go back to eating...albeit just a tad more slowly so that he doesn't choke again.]
