[Hello everyone! We hope you've been having a good day, that things are going well for you, and that you don't care about the kid that suddenly jumps down from the roof near you without any warning. Because that's exactly what Crow is doing as we speak: all day he's been climbing up onto the roofs of different small houses or trees, and then jumping down, trying to get the wings to work. You see, Crow is restless, and when he's restless, he tends to do...well, stupid things sometimes.

Of course the wings don't work though and he plummets like a stone, but luckily lands right on his feet just fine in most cases, or even if he doesn't land so gracefully, he gets right back up and walks it off. Eventually though he seems to have gotten frustrated.]

What's the point of having wings if they don't even let you fly!?

[If you're going to approach him, be careful about having anything shiny on your person when you do: Crow sometimes has a habit of taking things that don't belong to him as well. ((ooc: Don't worry though, you will get your stuff back if he actually tries to take anything.))]

Wha---[Oh, wow, that's uh, different. It's not painful or anything like that but it does make him really dizzy for a moment there. He's probably not even going to be able to get a word in edgewise to her about stopping her from doing that again until they actually get there, as it takes a second or two for his own "programming" that keeps him functional to react each time they reappear somewhere. @_@]

[Luckily they aren't too far! Additionally luckily, Vanellope stops when she sees the Dome up ahead, rather than glitching all the way inside.]

Here we are! Doesn't that beat plain old walking anytime, though?

[Give him a second to focus, he's mentally double-checking to make sure there weren't any side-effects with that glitching trick having been used on him. If Vanellope's actually paying attention, she might even notice a slight shift in the tone of his voice when he first speaks up.]

It'll have to take some time getting used to--[blinks twice, and then he seems to be perfectly fine again, voice sounding normal as he grins] But that was awesome! So that's what it's like teleporting around like that...

[Oh, she does notice. And snicker a bit, because that sounded weird.]

What's with your voice? You sound like you gargled something weird for a second there!

[And walking towards the Dome now, while they talk!]

[Aaaand Crow decides to play dumb about it.]

Huh? I don't know what you're talking about.

[We totally didn't sound weird for a second there, you heard nothing!]

Somethin' wrong with your ears, buddy? I know what I heard, your voice changed for a second there!

Are you sure you're not the one just hearing things?

[Except we know you aren't and his voice really did sound odd for a second there, but ssshhh]

Hey, I know my ears are workin' just fine! [She sticks her tongue out at him.]

[He just rolls his eyes at her a little before he turns his attention back to the Dome.]

So that game of yours is somewhere in here? [Guess who hasn't really been to the Dome that much to know how this place works.]

[sugarglitch]

[He's lucky she has a tendency to shift interests so easily! She forgets all about the voice deal in no time at all when he changes the subject.] Yep! Ralph did a thing last Christmas, it was really neat! C'mon, let's go!

Yeah, alright! Let's see it!

[That reminds him, did he ever remember to give Vanellope something for Christmas? ...Ah well, if he didn't he'll consider making up for it later.

Normally he's the type to do the leading but he'll go ahead and follow Vanellope over to wherever she goes to have the simulation of the game set up, since she'd likely know where to go better than he does.]
