004 [action]
[action; locked to house 48]
[So, after the first week of mostly normalcy for him, save for the occasional random teleporting (much to Crow's enjoyment for spooking some people, but being annoying whenever he tried to talk to some of his friends), the second week starts with a very, very different change. It's immediately noticeable the moment he wakes up, and not in the way he normally does. It doesn't feel like a computer booting up, it feels like how a normal person would wake up. Not only that, for some reason, he feels weird, as if someone flipped a switch. Now he can actually feel things, like the texture of the bed or how squishy his cheek is, but why would that--
--And then he notices from looking in a mirror that has Seto's reflection instead of his own, so yeah, enjoy what sounds like "Seto" loudly swearing and waking you up early in the morning, everyone in House 48.]
What the hell is this!?
[action; open to all on any day of the second week!]
[Later, once the chaos at House 48 dies down, you'll likely find "Seto" wandering around being...well, definitely weirder than usual. At first there's a lot of scowling going on or being rather rude. Crow is still not entirely sure what the hell is going on here and why he's stuck in his best friend's body, but eventually he'll start to get over it and can probably be found bothering people like how he normally does, or trying to play around like usual...trying being the key word there, because Crow might be severely underestimating Seto's body being able to do stuff like cartwheels and shit like he can.
Of course, there's also the real Seto, who is now in Crow's body and is probably very un-Crow like as well. Like Crow, who is trying to get used to what its like being in a human body, now Seto is in Crow's body and having to contend with everything that comes with being in a robot body, so...yep. Definitely nothing awkward happening here right now. Have fun running into either of them, or both at the same time.
ooc: Replies from Crow will come from

[He's actually smiling a little now. It's such a small thing, but for some reason he really likes this feeling. So this is what it's like to feel warm outside, or even being able to feel things like a breeze playing with his hair...]
no subject
Glad to hear it.
Hey, this means you can actually taste food, doesn't it?
no subject
[...Oh wait, humans like to eat stuff don't they? But it's not like he's ever needed to eat before, so--but then, perfect timing, there's a noticeable growling noise of hunger coming from his stomach that nearly startles him as he looks down. What was that?]
no subject
I can make you somethin' to eat. What do you wanna try?
no subject
no subject
[But Crow probably hasn't really developed his preferences yet.]
I'll make you spaghetti and meatballs. That's always good.
[It's an easy dish that Firo makes frequently, so Crow might recognize the name, at least.]
no subject
...Fine, I'll try it. But your cooking or whatever better not taste weird or something.
no subject
[Firo's not a kitchen wizard, but he wouldn't say he's a slouch at cooking.]
It shouldn't take me too long to make. Do you wanna stay out here?
[They don't know how long Crow will be able to feel--Firo doesn't want to drag him away from the outside if he's enjoying it.]
no subject
[..."For now" will probably translate to "he'll be there in about five minutes", because that's when Crow will have wandered back inside, having grown bored. ^^;;]
no subject
[Smiling, Firo steps back inside--
Let's just say he quickly checks on Seto to put his mind at ease--and starts cooking. He'll still be getting everything ready when Crow decides to come in.]no subject
Where is that coming from...? [But it's not a bad smell, it's the smell of food and stuff in the kitchen, isn't it? But then he seems to ignore it for now as he turns his attention to Firo again.]
Hey, are you close to being done yet? [Crow come on he only just started like five minutes ago, have some patience for goodness sakes...]
no subject
Calm down. It takes time to make anything.
[He stirs the pot on the stove, thinking back to what Crow said just a moment ago.]
What's what comin' from?
no subject
...It's coming from here, I think. [Can you guess what he's talking about yet?]
no subject
[His eyes follow Crow as he moves around the kitchen and, finally, realization dawns.]
You smell the food?
[The tomato sauce does have a pretty strong smell.]
no subject
[Which probably explains why he normally dresses like a guy who hasn't seen a laundromat in years otherwise he'd notice that he needs to wash his clothes more often to prevent smelly clothes and not when Seto suggests that they should. ^^;;]
no subject
Yeah, he's noticed your complete disregard for you smell, bro.He nods slowly.]Yeah, I guess that'd make sense...
[He pauses, checking the pots on the stove again as he considers the question he wants to ask. It might be stepping on a mine field, but he's curious.]
So you really couldn't smell or feel anything? Ever?
no subject
[He spreads his hands out a little from where they are currently situated on the counter, indicating that now he can feel textures of stuff, like how soft or smooth something is, or how sharp or unpleasant it might be, when normally he would just touch something without a care in the world otherwise.]
no subject
[He winces, realizing that's an invasive question.]
You don't hafta answer if you don't wanna.
no subject
Good, 'cause I wasn't planning on answering such a stupid question anyway. [Even he still doesn't know that much about how that body of his was supposedly intended to work--all the people who would know are dead, and his own memories were wiped, so he doesn't remember much of anything from before everyone died.]
no subject
[He's immediately defensive, but realizes that, yeah, he is in the wrong here. Trying to suppress a frown, he turns back to the stove and pretends to be busy.]
Sorry.
It's almost ready.
no subject
How much longer do we gotta wait?
no subject
Careful, it's hot.
Just another minute. We need to let the noodles get soft all the way through.
no subject
['Cause it's not like Crow would know otherwise...]
no subject
[He gives the sauce one last stir and turns off the burner. He holds up a spoonful to Crow.]
Wanna taste?
no subject
And you're sure that it's not gonna be bad, right?
