Does your character need to get in contact with Crow for something? Then you've come to the right place for that!

All you have to do is please title your initial comments with these:
Action | Written | Voice/Video/etc. (????) and a date! (example: July 13th or something)
so that I know what method your character is using to try to contact him so that he can respond properly

[Firo sets the groceries down just inside the door and steps back out when he hears Crow's voice.]

Shoulda' known you'd be up there.

[He shields his eyes from the light as he looks up to the roof.]

It's dinner. You wanna help me make it?

[tomodachi]

Help? [...You're asking Crow, the delinquent brat who normally makes trouble for others, for help. (The same guy who also tends to vanish or hang off Seto like a leech rather than eating during dinner time too.)

Excuse us if we're staring at you a little.] You're kidding, right?

[foundafamily]

[He crosses his arms over his chest.]

Actually, no, I wasn't. You might like it if you try it.

[He's referring to both the food and the act of cooking. He always assumed Crow snagged food elsewhere, perhaps out of a lack of confidence in Firo's abilities.]

[tomodachi]

Why? It's not like I'll eat it once it's done.

[Or, well, be able to it anyway. So what's the point of us trying to cook anything?]

[He frowns and lets his arms drop to his sides.]

And why's that? There's nothin' wrong with what I make, you know.

[tomodachi]

Maybe, maybe not. [It's not like Crow would have any idea of whether it was actually good or not since he never tried it.] I can't eat it, so there's no point in trying to cook stuff like you guys do. Besides, I've got more important stuff I could be doing instead.

[You know, like playing on this roof.]

Why can't you eat it? If you're allergic to somethin', you could just tell me.

[Sorry, he still doesn't get it.]

And I doubt what you've gotta do is that important.

[Nothing they do here is, really.]

I'm not "allergic", or whatever that means... [Crow...]

And how do you know that it's not important? For all you know it could be the most important stuff to be doing out of anything else here.

[He tilts his head to the side in mock curiosity.]

What exactly is important about tryin' to tempt fate? And gravity.

[tomodachi]

[Crow straightens up, pulling his legs up and over until he's standing on his hands now, as if that's supposed to be an answer in of itself.]

Because it's fun, and having fun is important, obviously.

[Internally, Firo's screaming and he has to grit his teeth to keep from yelling at Crow to put his feet back on the ground. Roof. Whatever.]

No, it's not. Now get down from there--it'll be no fun if you hurt yourself.

[tomodachi]

[And that gets a roll of the eyes from Crow and being no less closer to getting him to put his feet back down...]

Geez, how many times do I gotta tell you that I'm not gonna hurt myself? Do you just keep forgetting that or something?

[He shakes his head, putting his hands on his hips.]

I remember every time that stupid line comes outta your mouth. I just don't believe it.

[tomodachi]

Well it's true! I could take just about anything you could throw at me, and I'd walk away without a scratch!

[Someone's arrogant today...]

If I were meaner, I'd test that out right now. I can't guarantee you that gravity won't try.

[Don't be silly, Firo, gravity can't try anything.]

[tomodachi]

Heh, I'd like to see you or gravity try to keep me from having fun.

[It won't work, FYI.]

Gravity'll keep you from havin' fun once you fall off that roof and break your legs.

[Firo almost considers daring him to jump. Crow's smart enough to refuse, isn't he? But the kid is also pretty stubborn...]

[He can jump down from roofs pretty easily, Firo, you have to make it much more challenging than that...]

I doubt that'll happen. [He's fallen off enough heights to know that his legs don't break like a human's would.]

[foundafamily]

Why's that? You're not immortal, you know; anybody can get hurt.

[At least Firo's pretty sure he's not.]

Immortal? [...That means you can't die, right? Right...suddenly, a distant memory comes back to mind--lying on the floor in an underground building somewhere, his body slowly shutting down. Everything going dark...normally, he pushes that thought away, but perhaps by this point, he's grown annoyed and tired of having to repeat himself--how many times have they had this conversation already and caused him remember that moment of weakness?

For some reason, Crow suddenly laughs.] Ha, I'm not just anybody, you know. [He balances now on only one hand on the roof, using his free hand to gesture to himself.]

I'm special--I can do whatever I want without getting hurt! I've never even cried, not once in my entire life! [He's still laughing a little, but there's something...not right about it. It's almost bitter and not quite as happy as the way he normally laughs...]

[His eyes widen as Crow moves and he feels slightly sick from nervousness. Despite their arguments and bickering, he does care for the kid and right now he's concerned for him. Being that this is Firo, though, that concern manifests itself as something like anger.]

What the hell are you doin'? Quit that and get down from there right now!

[His hands clench into fists, not that he'd know at whom to swing right now. He has half a mind to charge inside and get out onto the roof through one of the windows to force Crow down, but he's afraid to take his eyes off him.]

[tomodachi]

No, I don't wanna. [Petulant immature child, thy name is Crow.] I like it up here, so you can't make me.

[And he makes that almost sound like a challenge, like he's trying to dare Firo into trying to forcibly make him come down from the roof.]

[foundafamily]

Stop foolin' around, then! If you quit the acrobatics you can stay up there.

[Now he is thinking about grabbing the kid. How quickly would he be able to get up there?]

[tomodachi]

[Nope--instead, Crow just switches from one hand to the other now.]

But I don't wanna stop doing this either. I can do whatever I want up here, whether you like it or not!

[foundafamily]

[He growls through gritted teeth, realizing that he doesn't have too many options.]

You stay put. I'm comin' up there.

[He storms into the house and a moment later hauls himself up onto the roof through one of the upper windows. He's not as acrobatic as Crow, but he's pretty nimble. Being on the small side helps.]
